    It seems that cpanel and others with this problem have switched from courier to dovecot. Is that the only solution or can courier be fixed some how?

    I've set the my hosting plan to set the DNS to act as slave. But where can I set the default primary dns server for each new domain? So that I don't have to edit it each time. Also I can't assign my hosting plan to reseller domains nor can I see where to create a plan for the reseller.
