    Resolved Unable to Login/recover to my Plesk control panel

    We currently apply for domain hosting from ethiotelecom and we received link (https://lin2.ethiotelecom.et:8443/) and credential to access the plesk control panel. But we are unable to login with the provided credential and couldn't receive the verification link to recover. Please help
