• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Resolved Plesk Update Fails

Well: A server hoster is responsible for running the hardware, approved by them. They do the advertisement with it (running newest server hardware and software). This bug happened on server systems with Ubuntu Kernel below linux-image-4.4.0-72-generic. Exactly on the day as Ubuntu wanted to...

    Resolved Plesk Update Fails

Nope! I am not a hero. The only thing what I have is "patience without an end" to get a problem solved. For any problem, there is still a solution. Good that your problem was solved. I do hang in the same problem solution but will risk a view to your given links and workflow. I am also working...

    Resolved Plesk Update Fails

Update: on one server it works with the Kernel update without any problem. By giving our main server the command for update the kernel like #apt install linux-image-4.4.0-72-generic the info that the dpkg process was interrupted and to solve this, it has to be done manually by #dpkg...

    Resolved Plesk Update Fails

Johnny, checked that on our side, not the case. All is complete and running well (as far as I see). Also no reboot of the server in that time, maybe a restart of services but I can't see it now. MySQL was always on my radar since it happened. That with the support ticket "submit a ticket"...

    Resolved Plesk Update Fails

Maybe I am to blonde or not awake because of the long working hours this morning in regards of that issue! ! I followed the steps, also registered myself to Plesk support. By filling out the support description there is no "send" or whatelse ever button by filling out the field "license key". I...

    Resolved Plesk Update Fails

Igor, tried to get a ticket, not possible because license number is bought from a 3rd party, belongs to the server package. How to apply a direct one?

    Resolved Plesk Update Fails

We ordered new servers in February 2013 with Plesk 12. All run well up to April 2014. Huge websites are running, not small ones with a lot of client traffic, etc. Problems also occur with the updates, not possible. Tried to find a way, no way ahead. So I said, "I will run them as they are". I...

    Resolved Plesk Update Fails

Igor, thanks for the notice about directly Plesk support. You are right with this option. We (as an example) rented dedicated servers by our hoster, root servers. Hoster says: we can't give support, because you have root servers, sorry. I tried to get an answer from them in any help, but I did...

    Resolved Plesk Update Fails

The Same problem occurs here at my side. 2 servers; both installed same way, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and Plesk Onyx. All was running well until last week Tuesday. After the normal routine automatically update (OS & Plesk) server hung and was down. Got the same failure messages and investigated for a...
