I got the Panel to start by deleting the files in the windows temp directory. I saw an error in the event log involving ZendOcache not being able to access windows temp directory. I'd guess a file was locked or unwritable.
We started getting a internal server error today when we attempt to start Plesk Panel version 11.5 on the server. Have tried all of the Plesk Reconfigurator. Any idea of a solution??
