Thanks, but as far as I can tell it's set up ok. Since the backups are exactly one month old I think there's a hidden setting I've missed somewhere.

I was about to restore a backup from Christmas, but in Backup Manager my oldest backup is from the 12th of January! So, something deletes my backups after one month. :-/ I back up the files to our Dropbox account, where I have 1.5 TB free, so it's not a space issue. I can't find any settings...

I'm about to move to a new host and a new VPS. Currently I'm on Ubuntu 20.0.4 so naturally I'm planning to install Ubuntu 24.04. Before I do this, are there any technical issues between Plesk and Ubuntu 24? Tia, Andreas

This keeps happening. I get warnings all the time, and I'm getting quite tired of it... :confused: (I have even created an email rule that deletes all the warning emails, which is really not a good solution...) ...and 2 GB of of free memory is still very good, afaik. I have turned off almost...

Thanks for the input guys! I haven't had any issues after changing all passwords and deleting some FTP-accounts + blocking the IP number that probably did this. The site is built with Beaver Builder, and apparently there are some holes in that so it may have something to do with that...

Are there any good collaboration software that can be integrated with Plesk? Claude tells me Kolab Groupware and Zimbra Collaboration are good alternatives, but I'd like to hear an opinion from a real human. Needs: Specifically collaborate on one mailbox. You should be able to leave comments...

I have tried 5%, I have tried 90%, I have tried to turn off all settings (see screenshots above). Please note the strange confirmation I get when saving (at the bottom of post #1). My guess is that something is effed up.

This doesn't work. I keep getting mails no matter how I configure the setting. I have also updated the RAM on the server from 8 GB to 10 GB. Still getting emails...
