- Server Management > Tools & Settings > Logo File, Browse...
- choose logo
- click OK
Unless I'm missing something glaringly obvious, it's not an overly convoluted process.
Hence, why I'm scratching my head.
Hi Igor,
- pulled down the stock logo in its PNG format
- opened in up in Photoshop, in RGB mode
- overlaid our branded logo
- saved out as PNG-8 and PNG-24, tried both
Do you have a suggestion on what else I could try?

We tried various image formats, PNG-8, PNG-24, JPG, GIF
The image loads fine in the top navigation bar once logged in

It was working fine in 12.1.x
