Hi! First of all thank you for answering! I solved the problem yesterday, as you mention the issue was the firewall rule, which was missing. I didn't suspect that rule would be missing
Hi, thanks for replying!
I don't think compatibility between both is the problem, BROTLI works fine and GZIP too, but any changes I make aren't applied in GZIP. Supposedly it's possible to use both without any problem. I don't know if this some kind of bug or what I'm missing. Both mod_deflate...
I just read that WordPress plugins like "WP Rocket" add GZIP compression rules in the .htaccess file using the mod_deflate module (which I already checked and it's enabled), that's my case. Anyways I should still be able to add and apply directives like "BrotliCompressionQuality", right?
I forgot to mention that I had this GZIP code in the website .htaccess file.
Unfortunately, if I add "DeflateCompressionLevel 9" inside "<IfModule mod_deflate.c>" it gives an error 500.
Hi, thank you for replying!
You're right, Proxy Mode is enabled for the domain. Unfortunately, adding DeflateCompressionLevel 9 to the Additional Apache directives field(s) didn't work.
The website where I checked the compression level still says 6 for GZIP (I made sure the browsers weren't...
I'm following the official Plesk guide to enable or modify GZIP on Plesk, but any modifications I make won't apply.

Hi, thanks for replying.
Inodes aren't the problem, only 3% (57MB) are being used and none of the mailboxes have reached their quota.
I don't have monitoring extension installed. Fortunately, the server is monitored by Grafana. This is what I see:
95% was the highest space utlization I got in...
Hi @Kaspar@Plesk , backups start daily at 3:14. These backups are stored on an external server, full backups weigh 91GB and incremental ones no more than 1GB.
The /var/lib/psa/dumps directory it's just 1,2GB.
On May 18 nothing was logged, but it happened again yesterday. The strange thign is...
Hi, a few days ago this message started to appear in our maillog:
It always starts around 04:12AM and it lasts less than 10 minutes.
The affected accounts are in most of the cases the same three.
Postfix and Amavis are the ones who complain about it, Postfix is my SMTP server and I got Amavis...
I thought so too. However, I was confused because backups before 03/26 are completed, despite the network error messages.
Thanks for replying, I will review the remote FTP server and the network.
Hi, we are experiencing some problems with scheduled backups in Plesk "Backup Manager".
Backups seem to be created because they have beside this green tick icon, but every backup ends with a message in red. I will use for the following examples the backups from 03/25 and 03/26.
Until yesterday...
Yesterday we set the task to run as root instead of the subscription user and it worked. We hope that was the definitive solution.
1. We didn't find much useful information in other logs than "/var/log/cron". We found this log "/var/log/plesk/task-manager.log" which shows all tasks run, but we...
