• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Broke Activesync by Upgrading from 17.x to 17.8.11.

I am going to resurrect this post as I still have the same issue. Activesync works great in my Plesk 17.0.17 Update#42. But the moment I upgrade this version to anything newer, Activesync email no longer works. It seem that the devices simply don't get provisioned once they get their initial...

Issue Broke Activesync by Upgrading from 17.x to 17.8.11.

UPDATE: Just to try, I removed all devices from ActiveSync and recreated the accounts on my devices. The devices all provisioned and my mail and calendar did sync. ONCE. After that, I get nothing whatsoever. Nothing ever syncs again after the initial provisioning. If I remove everything again...

Issue Broke Activesync by Upgrading from 17.x to 17.8.11.

My dedicated server is running CentOS 7 and I have Activesync setup and working great. All my Horde calendars, contacts, and email are all synced to my mobile devices (using Nine mail), I'm even able to see shared calendars on my mobile devices. The issue is the moment that I upgrade to Plesk...

    Question PHP Version Question???

Probably a really dumb question, but I installed Owncloud to my server using the default YUM install location, which placed it in /var/www/html/owncloud. I have a single domain that is aliased to this path and every domain on my server uses PHP version 5.6.30. php -v from command line shows...

    Question ActiveSync Help - Please!

I have been using ActiveSync successfully on my CentOS box for over a year now. Everything; mail, contacts, and calendar, were working great. Then all of a sudden, nothing works. Just get messages in my client that I can't log in. This just started very recently, right around the same time I...
