i have tried again to get into putty and i get nothing it says access denied so i revealed the password on the server loging by changing the php coding and i have the right password, server address, port and login info but still nothing i can't get into my own server

this is my problem i can't login to anything to get any sort of log to post to show why its doing it. sorry for the late reply i haven't been very well.

nope i have nothing i can't get on to ssh or plesk but both the sites on my server work fine and so does my ftp

i have checked every setting there is in prestashop and on plesk but i can't work out why this isn't letting me do anything with apache files is there anyway to sort this out. need help asap

i can't find any logs for mail on the server (althought it is enabled) and theres none in roundcube.

yes abdi i can send to myself from the same email address and i receive from the same email addy but not any others even on the same server i get "smtp error (205) authentication failed"

for some reason i can't receive any emails i can send but i can't send from roundcube or in Thunderbird. however the strange thing is i don't get an error back from my Hotmail, yahoo, gmail, or from roundcube itself.

no matter what i do i still get the same error or if i replace the content of my .htaccess the website doesn't load properly how can i sort this problem out?

i don't know if this is just me being a noob but its really getting on my nerves now i can't install php support on my server is there an idiots guide on how to do this as its driving me nuts
