  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    I don't know what happend. I did now make a backup restore from 3 days ago and now all works as it should. What I also found was that the file /etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily had content with a pattern something like "/@/@/@ ... /@/@/@" - so this should definitliy include some script commands...

    Resolved what is the maximum password length for email account?

    When using passwords for emails >60 string lenght sometimes the email client can't connect with the email server. So is there a maximum for email password length in plesk? If yes, can one increase it anywhere in a config file? Using: Ubuntu with Plesk 12.5.30
