• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Where is the patch for Debian 4 (32bit) and Debian 5 (64bit)?

postfix-queue / Queue file write error is still happening

Update: "postfix-queue" from 9.5.1 is working without problems (24 hours now) - but only without greylisting (and spf) I have no hanging or long running postfix-queue-process at the moment. Even messages which have been rejected before ("queue file wirte error") could be delivered...

Postfix and 9.5.1: Sending not possible / delayed when Greylisting switched on

Same problem here - Debian 5 / 32bit... @IgorG: Seems that Parallels is not really interested in solving this problems... It's unbelievable that developers are not able to provide a fix within one week...

postfix-queue / Queue file write error is still happening

Dear IgorG, we are here in Plesk 9.5 Forum - your KB-article http://kb.odin.com/en/8391 is for version 9.3... In Thread http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=100833 your told me on 15. April that all problems are fixed in 9.5... Why do I have to install an older patch (for 9.3)...

postfix-queue / Queue file write error is still happening

Same with increasing smtpd_timeout and smtpd_proxy_timeout - that will not solve the problem... In some situations the problem will get even worse when increasing this timeouts... It's possible that the process is running for one hour then - and when you have a lot of running postfix-queue...

    postfix-queue fixed?

Can somebody confirm, that the "postfix-queue"-bugs are solved now?

    Postfix + aliases @localhost.localdomain

The problem already exists since over 1 year... I already paid for a support-ticket regarding this problem in December 2008 / January 2009 but nothing happened... It was really "funny" to discuss with the support - but they didn't understand or they didn't want to understand the problem...

Postfix still sending hundreds 'queue file write error'

Same here... Problem still exists... I think you should look for new developers / programmers - they are obviously incompetent... I receive the following error message every few hours - before and after the new patch... There is only one difference - after installing the patch no...
