    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

    Hello When you create a new subscription through a web application, Apache will automatically restart immediately, even though the panel pointed restart interval is 300 seconds (5 minutes) in the settings.
