I changed the IP address last year. The server was working fine until the data center recent maintenance and restarted the server.
No other IP address in Server Administration Panel > Tools & Settings > IP Addresses
I use Linode VPS. Nginx refuses to start after server restart.
# nginx -t
The 103.3.62.239 is my server's OLD IP address, which is no longer using. Now the server is a new IP address 139.162.x.x
Login Plesk panel has the follow error message:

I tried to restore a backup from remote storage (S3) then it filled up the server disk space and server crash. I removed plesk temporary files and restart the server. but the mysql database server refuse to start anymore. I can only start the mysql server using "innodb_force_recovery".

My server is running Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 with New Relic extension version 1.1.0-1
WordPress sites on the server are set to use NGINX only.
I already set newrelic.appname = "domainname.com" in web root (/htdocs/.user.ini) AND Plesk > Domain > PHP Settings > Additional configuration...
while checking fail2ban log file, I found fail2ban filter errors for "plesk-postfix" and "plesk-dovecot".
Could anyone please explain the errors? How do I solve the errors?
