  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Just cause I'm curious, what exactly were you expecting from Plesk here? That's kinda like if I were to make a post asking for someone like Peter to make me a cheeseburger, the error you're having isn't exactly relevant to Plesk, Plesk is simply notifying you of a connection issue with the host.

    If you added it as as subdomain first, you likely have another A record in there for it pointing to the IP of the Plesk server. You can simply remove the subdomain. Since you're not hosting it on Plesk - you simply just need to add the A record only as Peter mentioned.
