• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I've been in a holding pattern on this as well. Doing the --allowerasing option isn't something I'm willing to do. ImageMagick is still working on my site, but would like to get past this issue.

    Version mis-match

My hosting provider now changed their response and offerred to open a ticket as well, but they want me to open up my firewall and security rules so that the entire world can access the admin panel. Is there not a particular network or IP address that Parallels Support will be coming from?

I've submitted a support request. The "customer" is actually the hosting provider, but hopefully your team will assist me.

    Version mis-match

The Plesk License is provided through my hosting provider, but they refuse to engage and help resolve this issue. Is there an option where I can contact Plesk Support, even though I'm not a direct customer.

WARNING: Plesk Backups and backup utilities Not WORK

Plesk backups do work. I've seen situations where they didn't, but it wasn't a big deal - I either had another backup file or an alternative backup. Just took a bit of extra time. There is no such thing as a single "control panel" technology that will allow you to setup a server in a...

    Blocking external image Hotlinks

Trying to keep other sites from hotlinking to my site's images. I've been working with the following in my vhost.conf file. If I remove the # signs on the respective four lines, run the reconfig psaadmin and restart apache, which will restart successfully - but none of my images will appear...

    RHE3 and HTTPD Upgrade

Has anyone run the latest update for Apache on a Red Hat Enterprise server? Any conflicts with Plesk? The update became available just a few days ago. Thanks,
