  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    This worked for me; Confirm you are running SELINUX (you should, really!) Run the following commands as root trough SSH; For FTP access it may be necessary to set SELinux booleans with: setsebool -P ftp_home_dir 1 and possibly also setsebool -P allow_ftpd_full_access 1

    I got the same issue here. Have you figured it out? It appears that editing files withing Plesk and saving them let them show up again... but that's no real solution.
