  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

    I spent quite a while in the Plesk admin guide, and reading through the forums trying to work out a problem where the “Welcome to Plesk†default pages where persistently showing on all sites. I resolved the issue, and thought I’d share. There was no bug or server malfunction. No DNS issues...
