Problem solved, in folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\share" was an empty folder named "migration-handler" of unknown origin. I deleted it, this has fixed the problem directly and without reboot. Thanks for your helpful support, you showed me the way :)
