  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    ...and actually, I also just noticed (when 750 permissions prevented the site from loading) that the user group was USER.USER instead of USER.nobody.

    I'm on a cPanel server, but was finding the same problem on one of my client's installs. I'm not 100% certain that this is it yet, and I also couldn't tell you how this happened... but, I just noticed that the /public_html folder had 755 permissions assigned to it. That's the only difference...
