  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Input Enormous price increases yet again for 2025

Actually, Plesk support is THE perfect support, the best you can get. Your issue is not Plesk support. Your issue is that you do NOT have Plesk support, but are going through your service provider. And obviously their support is poor. Instead, try Plesk support directly. Use the 30 days free...

I, too, believe that internally forwarded mails should not be counted. Wasn't there a Uservoice feature request on that already?

Question How to remove SSL renewal attempts for good?

Why use a third-party product if we already have built-in solution? Every new service comes with new trouble.

Question How to remove SSL renewal attempts for good?

I saw the SSLIt setting, but we're using "none" in all service plans anyway. Nevertheless: Since yesterday with no new changes done to the server configuration, no further renewal attempts were logged. I have no idea why it stopped all the sudden. No setting was manually changed since Monday...

Question How to Prevent High Connection Counts Causing High Memory Usage (Possible DDoS?)

This here is still relevant, although in the meanwhile @Kaspar suggested a valuable improvement of one of the key regex lines https://www.plesk.com/blog/product-technology/avoid-high-cpu-load-block-hackers-bad-bots-effectively/ Improved key regex line: failregex = ^<HOST> -[^"]*"(GET|POST|HEAD)...

Question How to remove SSL renewal attempts for good?

The first command returns only "Allowed items:" with no further content. SubscriptionProperties shows some properties of the subscription, but nothing related to SSL. The plan itself does not have a setting for "keep secured" (or similar). I suspect that all SSL related data is in the SQLite...

Question New ImunifyAV extension is missing notification settings and templates in Plesk notifications?

I checked out the script samples that ImunifyAV provides, but it seems that it is no longer possible to inform individual user accounts on their individual domain security issues as there are no variables to use for that or they are undocumented. Further, even the simple example shell script has...

Forwarded to devs Spamassassin ignores mails to mailboxes that contain an ampersand, e.g. d&s@recipientdomain.tld

Question New ImunifyAV extension is missing notification settings and templates in Plesk notifications?

Does the new extension send email notifications by itself at all? I am asking, because I'd not want users to receive messages from it uncontrolled, it would only confuse users.

Question New ImunifyAV extension is missing notification settings and templates in Plesk notifications?

In the previous ImunifyAV extension, Plesk offered notification settings in Plesk notificates. It was also possible to edit that template to cater for individual needs. In the new ImunifyAV extension however, these settings are missing. Where can we define ImunifyAV notifications?
