    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

    You could use the Plesk Firewall extension for it, e.g. deny all traffic for ports 993, 995, 110, 143 but for your one IP address. You can add more rules allowing specific IP addresses to pass (by changing the order of the rules, e.g. first allow what you want to allow, then block all that's left).

    If it's not an issue with the *.plesk.page domain, the website itself might cause it or a DNS configuration that has additional A or AAAA records that do not point to the same website. This could lead to round-robin DNS where every n-th request is answered with a wrong IP address.

    A team member more knowledgeable in this matter than me suggests that it could be the kernel that does not support cgroups. Plesk detects that, hence disables the option. What's the output of "uname -r" on your system?

    I cannot confirm a high number of abandoned sessions on either Alma 8 or 9 (dedicated) production servers. On tests I only see a single one. So maybe it's an issue with Virtuozzo?

    The message on the license key is correct. The product works without license for a random number of domains. I think it's 15 mailboxes. If you want to use it on more mailboxes you need to purchase "Plesk Premium Antivirus" for the Premium Antivirus to have its own license key.
