  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    They were ALL set to Unlimited ever since we migrated to this server, about 2 months ago. That's how they were on the old server, too.

    eventually it worked and the customer was able to send an email. I guess the changes are not reflected immediately (within 15 minutes) ?

    So strange - I set the domain's outgoing mail limit to UNLIMITED (that tick box) for everything (user,domain,subscription, etc), yet they still can't send mails.. So I tried setting it to 9999999/hour instead, still they can't send.. same error message.. What else can I try? This must be a bug...

    Hi there.. I am assigned an ipv6 address, but when I try telnet -6 (my ip 6 address) 25 I get connection refused. So, my postfix must not be listening.. even though I followed the documentation to enable ipv6 in postfix. The IP is defined in PLESK, btw. What shall I do?

    I guess this is a dovecot bug because even though the config says mode 660 for the socket file, it was created with 600 - root only.. So I did some chmod's to bring it to 666 and the errors seem to have stopped.. strange.

    IMHO, catch-all mailboxes are a pain - soon some spammer on the net discoveres that whatever he picks goes, so he will start sending you thousands of emails.

    Yep, I have the same issue with Obsidian still. I also tried "touch" those files, but that backfired -- I ended up with worse problems..
