  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Vote Please share your opinion about Plesk PHP packages

Thing is, I use it on my server where I host vBulletin forum and in long run I think that xcache covers it just fine for all my needs. As I need to go to newest versions of PHP, I also need xcache to support my forum caching needs. That's why I asked about xcache. And, having already available...

Problems with logging out from user's account with Plesk 12.5.30-#9

I have Plesk version 12.5.30 Update #9, OS ‪Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS‬. I migrated site from older version of Plesk, just in case it is important (but it looks like it isn't). Anyway, after that, there's a strange thing when I log into user account from my admin account. In previous versions I could...

I just encountered problem of not having xcache for PHP5.6. I have it in older versions. I know that xcache supports PHP 5.6 (http://xcache.lighttpd.net/). It would be great if you add xcache support in latest PHP as well as you added in previous PHP versions, where it works great.

    Errors after backing up account

Ok, thanks. It was 20, now I'm trying with 120, to see will it solve this problem. EDIT: It wasn't enough, trying with 360. Strange thing is, now backup started when I scheduled it, i.e. not two hours later, as it was starting for days. Very strange, like changing this setting in mysql...

    Errors after backing up account

This is what's in the logs: I see that mysqlo server has gone away, but I don't see restarts of mysql server. At the moment it is the latest from atomic, 5.5.24. When I was on 5.1.x, there was no this errors (still has some logs from that time). Is it really failed to make dump of...

    Errors after backing up account

I upgraded my server (yum upgrade) and also upgraded Plesk to the latest (from 10.1.1 to 10.4.4 with latest micropatches). There is one bug, with time zone. I set server's time zone to GMT +2 Europe/Vienna, but backup starts like server time is GMT (backup starts two hours later). But, with...

How to properly change deafulat FTP port on Plesk (Linux version)

Just to add further info: When backing up automatically it doesn't remove older backups (I'm using limited number of backup sets). Removing part is obviously in restore part of Plesk configuration. :( So I need to manually delete older backups. There should really be ability to setup...

How to properly change deafulat FTP port on Plesk (Linux version)

My FTP server is regularly attacked. To make server more secure I changed default FTP port from 21. I did it with instructions from here: http://www.esds.co.in/forum/f5/how-change-ftp-port-21-another-port-linux-plesk-server-4196/ This works perfectly for access to server, but it doesn't...

Migration manager - forwarded mail stops being forwarded

I just discovered that after migrating (site on Plesk 10.0.1 to Plesk 10.1.1) mail that has been forwarded stops being forwarded. The strange thing is, you see that mail is forwarded, you see mail addresses to which mail is forwarded, but actual forwarding doesn't happen. Solution is...

Upgrade to 10.1.1 fails because of php 5.2.x

Just to say I have the same problem (well, it's recognized, so that's a good news), but in my case upgrade went successfully, but afterwards my site stopped from working correctly. I have vBulletin and when I tried to go to admincp it froze server for couple of minutes and after that I could use...
