• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

@centredeformationfrance, I don't think your issue is the same as this thread describes. I suggest opening a new thread.

Issue Messages with Unicode unable to pick up via IMAP after upgrade

Which e-mail client does your customer use? Is this occurring with more than one sender? Is the message normally visible when using webmail to read it? Anyway, I suspect this is not a server issue...

Question Will MariaDB automatically upgrade at the end of its support period?

The EOL you're referring to does not apply to CentOS packages. Red Hat and consequently CentOS packages receive backported feature and security enhancements regardless of the upstream update timeline. In this case your MariaDB will be supported as long as CentOS 7 will. But to answer your...

Try also (covers additional locations): grep -R ZendExtensionManager.so /etc/php.d/ /etc/php-fpm.d /etc/php.ini Edited: To see if the file exists: ls -als /usr/local/Zend/lib To see if the file belongs to a package (might show several possible sources): yum whatprovides...

Issue I have uploaded an html file to httpdocs but it won't show up when I visit my domain.

Did you remove the contents of the httpdocs directory first? What name did give to your hml file? What do you see when you attempt to open the address, an error, an empty page, ...? Did you visit the domain (e.g. example.com ) or specifically the uploaded file address (e.g...

@Xavier, there isn't much information to go on... Have you encountered any errors while updating? Are there any errors in the logs? Is Apache running? Also, please tell us your OS version... @Joaquim, this is the linux section of the forum, issues on Xavier's server will most likely be...

Question creating a server instance for Jenkins CI/CD

I think there is some confusion here... Plesk as such does not enable you to set up a new dedicated server as that means setting up some hardware in a server rack somewhere first. What Plesk can do is set up and manage a new user account or a new domain name on an existing server instance, or...

Issue Cant start apache on server

Hard to say without knowing what was erased, but you could attempt to reinstall Apache and than run Plesk Repair Utility: Web. This should regenerate the missing configuration files.

Issue Cant start apache on server

Well, yes, but It would be prudent to investigate the cause as this is not a common occurrence. Check for major update errors, full or failing hard drives, etc.. As a first step, verify your backups.

Resolved Need help with configure of dynamic virtual host subdomain creation

You've said you went to the specific domain, so I assume you have added the domain through Plesk GUI? If so, the example.com should simply work, if the DNS has been correctly set up and has propagated. There is no need to manually add anything under Apache & Nginx settings, just remove the...

Question Server error 500 while Flood.io testing

Looks like your post has more to do with system administration in general, and not so much with Plesk as such. But in any case, to answer some of your questions and concerns: Your server's setup seems OK, but if you need to cater to more concurrent visitors, you'll have to tweak it. There is...

Issue Mailserver configuration to comply to Office 265

Their error specifically states that that the IP was blacklisted, with delist instructions, so the immediate reason for not being able to send mail is obvious. I don't think there's an expiry date on these entries, or at least not such that you'd want to wait for, so I'd strongly suggest...

Resolved A false positive with KernelCare???

Not updating your kernel for a few years would cause a tangible security risk and you'd also miss out on bug fixes and improvements. I don't understand why are you complicating this so much? Update your kernel as you would any other OS package, use regular OS updates. Restart the server when...

Question Updating OS components without breaking Plesk

My advice would be to keep the server updated with yum as the updates come out, install Plesk updates as they come out and do not update OS level packages manually. CentOS is a Red Hat Enterprise Linux derivative and its strengths lie in the long term support and stability. Your openssl and...

    Resolved http/3 supported by plesk?

All things aside, just because you only see one button in the GUI doesn't mean the the actual implementation of the functionality was "super easy". There's a bit more to these things than just buttons. I understand the frustration though. ;)
