    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

    I see today that the server has applied MU#15. However, the SQLSTATE errors are now even worse than before. in reading my email this morning I must have seen that error ten times. Previously I might get it once or twice during a session. Whatever the update addressed didn't apply to this issue.
