  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    It was brought to my attention one day after following those steps the server went back to normal on its own despite the fact that my immediate tests didn't show any progress. It was delayed but I can attest the procedure above worked out after all. Thanks!

    Thank you, IgorG! I'm afraid that didn't solve it. I went to "Repair Plesk Installation", selected only "Plesk Services" and then ran the check, a few seconds later it returned to Plesk Reconfigurator's initial screen but the error is still taking place when trying to create a new account...
