• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue First free ticket and then, automatic renew subscription without any notification???

No company (in their right mind) will say that they are providing support over a public forum or that user should seek for support over forum. We all do it with talk.plesk but it's only (and should be) chitchat. Your advice is just not right. Are you somewhat new to IT world? What are you...

Issue First free ticket and then, automatic renew subscription without any notification???

I am finding it on the line of disgusting that customer has to pay for a ticket which was essentially 100% caused by Plesk confirmed bug. Quite not OK and yes i am Plesk supporter and Plesk fan.

    CentOS 8 support

FYI this absence of at least some kind of approximation on a timeline - forced us to think about another solution and we actually moved to something else (not Plesk - far from it but it works for now). I understand delays. They are very often in development. However lack of some clear path...

    CentOS 8 support

I don't believe Plesk would release half-baked CentOS support where people need to deal with missing packages - to begin with. Also I don't think we'll have to wait for CentOS 8 support until CentOS is at version 8.2 either. I may be wrong though.

    CentOS 8 support

Me personally i am more interested in pure CentOS 8 support

    CentOS 8 support

I am kinda in the same boat. I have some clients awaiting and i am delaying them since December. I want to emphasize that this is not Plesk issue at all it's mine thing to deal and it's all about my decision. It would be cool to know some timeframe. If this turn to be more then two months from...

Question Is MariaDB going to be updated with Plesk updates

AFAIK this is OS level task, not Plesk task. Someone please correct me if i am wrong or something changed in the meantime. Note that You need to take special care when updating MariaDB and double check does your Plesk version support MariaDB version you are updating to.

    CentOS 8 support

No one is angry, stop asking silly questions. It's not that Plesk team want to torture you with delay of CentOS 8 support or something. But people could understand that on their own if they turn up their brains.

    Question Wordpress+Woocommerce TTFB

No problem i understand. That's ok if you want to twist your reality to accommodate your distorted view i am fine with that. However you spread even more false information. This time even lies. I NEVER said that wordpress is best. You may stop doing that or i will report you. "Calling another...

    Question Wordpress+Woocommerce TTFB

From the drama you posted i can see that you have zero experience in real life scenarios. So basically you said i was lying and i need diploma work posted here to convince you that i am speaking truth. With proofs. Gimme a break. If i were to post screenshot and proof every time internet nobody...

    Question Wordpress+Woocommerce TTFB

Your post is an absolute misconception and you are spreading wrong information. Without going too much into details (i need to some degree) i would advise in friendly manner that if you don't know what you are talking about you simply do not post such false info because a: you can actually lead...

    CentOS 8 support

At this point i wonder does anyone ever bother to read content of a thread in which they are posting their question in? Take your question for example. You are asking is CentOS 8 supported, and you want to know but literally just one reply above you, staff member replied and explained that...

Issue Problems with daily backup (subscription)

Ok i am the one missing the point. Care to explain me how does 900 00 000 000 000 current live running forum places are running without any "domain shut down" during backup yet they are being backed up normally across Plesk, cPanel, addyourfavoritepanelhere ? And they are being normally...

Issue Problems with daily backup (subscription)

No he is not. He is nitpicking. If you knew how operating system works you would knew 100% backup is impossible to have in running operating system and busy server - unless server is powered down and backup is done above server processes. Like i said if Plesk didn't decided to include little...

Issue Problems with daily backup (subscription)

Ales - Jesus Christ!! Man i was trying to describe process in simplistic way. I know it's not "atomic" event which last 5 minutes. I haven't realized i need to describe every possible process in order to not be corrected. It was merely an illustration!!! Ok i am going to play/bite now and...

Issue Problems with daily backup (subscription)

I agree about option, they should return it back! But how do you fail to realize there is no "broken" forum scenario by possibly damaged backup? You can try to restore these how you call them "damaged" backups (which are not damaged) somewhere else and see for yourself. To me this whole thing...

Issue Problems with daily backup (subscription)

Igor that makes sense but be honest and practical. If you are already in position to recover something from backup in complex websites then that means (in most of the sites and real world scenarios) that something will be lost during restore because of situation you settled in. I am not saying...

Question Advanced Monitoring - How do graphs work with multicore CPU?

I can confirm your findings. Example i have 4 cores vserver instance in one place (Hetzner). Plesk is showing 100% for all 4 cores total yes. While in my Hetzner server panel interface (unrelated to Plesk) i see from 0 to 400%. Dynamically. Meaning it is showing treshold of 100% but if it goes...

    Resolved maria db connection

Are you serious? If a Plesk team member tell you explicitly that version 10.4 is not supported and that is clearly stated on Plesk product page - why are you expecting support for it and trying to convince people other way? It's your own choice to install and test this non supported adventure...
