• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Reverse DNS not matching - so confused

Any site using email set up is having deliverability issues. How does one go about setting this up so that a client email comes from the client domain. I've already check the box for that setting in the "mail server setting" and it didn't change anything. Your IP address xx.xxx.xxx.xxx is...

Resolved Access to a single domain under "My Subscriptions" doesn't work

Just wondering if I'm crazy. If a website is added under the "My Subscriptions" part and not assigned to a customer it seems to be impossible to just login to that site from the front end to manage email/files for that domain. using the Plesk Control Panel login URL, any site attached to a...

    Question WHMCS on Plesk Server

WHMCS can run on the same server using cPanel, that is how I have it currently set up. I'm trying to figure out how it works with Plesk as well and can't find a definitive answer. It seems to definitely be a limitation though, certainly not a feature :)
