  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Thanks for that info, I want to try and add "Find" to the chrooted environment, but my attempts such as this ./chroot_update.sh --add '/usr/bin/find' come back with a warning find is not a program file. How then do I add it ? Thanks

We have tried to restore the db from the PVA system but the folder structure only shows FRM files and not the normal MYD and MYI files. The wordpress site was setup in plesk using the one click...

    When trying to add a fixed IP address to a domain (which has been purchased through the customer cp) and going to setup tab to switch it over we get " An error occurred during the Plesk operation " There are IP's available to use, and I can't see anything useful in the log files either.

    After building a site on a proofing domain using the word press wizard in a clients control panel and then exporting the database to be setup under the live domain. All the tables in the database are there but showing as zero bytes !! And now the site will not run obviously. Any ideas why...

    we also get this error when we logout of Plesk client control panel, ERROR: PleskFatalException Original link and target URL should be on the same domain. Not sure if it's related in some way regards Alan

    I have tried it from a) Server Control Panel - Tools & Settings - Scheduled Tasks b) Client Control Panel - Scheduled Tasks. Both give the same errors.

    I'm trying to setup a simple cron job from Plesk GUI to delete the contents of a dir every day. with: find /var/www/vhosts/domain.name/httpdocs/var/session -name 'sess*' -type f -print -delete when I run it all I get is " find command not found"

    Ran the Plesk Reconfigurator->Repair Plesk Installation->Plesk Services before, but just did it agian and its still the same.

    the only thing in there is Application pool PleskControlPanel has been disabled. Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) did not create a worker process to serve the application pool because the application pool identity is invalid.

    We have recently updated to 12.5.30 (Windows 2008/2012) and a few days later we started getting this error when trying to connect to it from PBAS Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
