• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Missing files in AWStats 7.0 (Plesk 10.4.4)

Does not solve my problem. As told most of the AWStats 7.0 files are generated, but for "Downloads (Top 10)" only top 10 is available; the full list returns an error 404 as the file does not exist on the server. Can you enter...

Missing files in AWStats 7.0 (Plesk 10.4.4)

Hi, We are using the last version of Plesk (10.4.4 MU18) with AWStatus 7.0. AWStats 7.0 has a new "Downloads" section. However it shows only the top 10 of monthly downloads. Clicking in the "Full list" link results in an error 404 as...

Plesk 10.4.4: Bind not working due to malformed master zone

For me, the only solution was to delete and recreate the domain alias (just disabling DNS sync and re-enabling did not work). @IgorG: do you have any ETA for this?

    10.3.1 - [error] unusably short session_id provided (0 bytes)

We experience the same problems with a one domain setup (dedicated IP address) for which we have a valid SSL certificate. Logs have an error every 10 minutes: The "default site" for the IP address/SSL Certificate is set to de domain for which the certificate is valid. If we set the "default...

CLI for domain quota (-hard_quota) not working

Some time ago we did give all of our clients more disk space. To manage this, we used the CLI to set the new hard quota. Although the server outputs a "SUCCESS: Update of domain 'domain.tld' complete" the value is not set. Example: look up username for "domain.tld": Initial the quota for...

Plesk 10.4.4: Bind not working due to malformed master zone

After upgrade from Plesk 10.3.1 to Plesk 10.4.4 Bind can not be restarted any more: The problem occurs because on the same server both domain.tld and domainforum.tld (with forum.domain.tld as a domain alias) are set up as two independent domains (each with their own customer). Apparently the...
