• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Upgrade php on Plesk 9.3

Igor - I did see that. I know this is a stupid question but here it goes anyway. Step 2 says to to use the command 'yum update'. The problem is I don't have yum on my system. Should I use 'up2date update' and that will work the same?

    Installation/upgrade success stories.

Unfortunately at this writing, I don't have specific examples of either a failed upgrade or failed installation. This thread seems to ask for success stories. I have some of those. Of more interest to me are the installation/upgrade failures. In sum total, I have had for more failures or -...

This is, I am sure, a stupid question. Please forgive me in advance but.... I see there is a new patch out for Plesk 9.3 on Linux. When I login to my control panel, the New Update available text is displayed. When I visit the update page, it shows me that the update is for the Base packages...

URGENT - Hotfix required all versions due to openssl upgrade

This solution covers CentOS. I am running RHEL4. It is noted in the start of this that Fedora is also broken by this problem. What are the packages we need to download for Fedora and, most importantly to me, Redhat EL 4? When will a complete hotfix be published? Thank you.

Plesk Control Panel 9.3 Will Not Start

URGENT - Hotfix required all versions due to openssl upgrade

The easiest fix is to temporarily disable SSL requirement for Plesk to start. This breaks security on the Plesk panel, but gets the panel back up and going. To do this, open /etc/sw-cp-server/applications.d/plesk.conf, comment out (Add a #) the line that says "Include_shell "...ssl_conf.sh"...
