• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Mailman list not visible in Plesk and not working

Are you sure? My other mailing lists I also created directly using Mailman web interface, not with Plesk interface (but long time ago, before I upgraded from Plesk 9 to 11). And they are visible in Plesk. Do you know which database is using Plesk, and which Mailman, are they different? There...

Mailman list not visible in Plesk and not working

Hi, I am using CentOS 5.8 and Plesk 11.0.9. I've just created my 5th Mailman mailing list. I created it "manualy" by going to http://lists.company.com/mailman/create. However, the list doesn't work. Then I went to check my Plesk panel, and there I see only 4 lists. Why doesn't it...

Email problems after upgarding: "imapd-ssl: Unexpected SSL connection shutdown."

Thanks, but that's not it. I used Outlook for years, and this started happening yesterday after I upgraded Plesk from 9.5 to 11.0. Outlook just randomly disconnects or gets disconnected from the server... I even re-generated Certificates, since I googled that could be a problem, but...

Email problems after upgarding: "imapd-ssl: Unexpected SSL connection shutdown."

Problem is not that I can't connect. Problem is that I connect but suddenly get disconnected. This happens randomly, usualy while Outlook is syncing folders. I didn't see problems with other clients. All worked ok before the Plesk upgrade. Any idea?

Upgraded from Plesk 9.5 to 11 - all domains show default web page?

Yes, that helped, thanks. "httpdmng --reconfigure-all" However, first time I executed that command it failed - complained about invalid conf files: "/var/www./vhosts/mydomain.com/conf/vhosts.conf~" That's a backup copy of my vhosts.conf. So I removed the file "vhosts.conf~" on both...

All backups to FTP server fail

As you can see above, it says "Can't upload file '/var/lib/psa/dumps/Forced_info_1205301338.xml.tar' to ftp". However, there is no such file as /var/lib/psa/dumps/Forced_info_1205301338.xml.tar. Has it been deleted by Plesk? When I log into Plesk and check Backup Manager, I see there is...
