• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Apache Won't Run - Help

Okay, applied the update, all was fine. It restarted, Apache was running fine. Was looking around Plesk 8 and didn't do a thing. Then I get notification from watchdog that apache is down. While it will "start" success, it quits immedietly. Running a configtest shows syntax is fine. No errors...

Yea, the default splash page is really keen. click on PHP and you can see the PHP INFO file. Nice little security issue. BTW - This is a "really" slow machine this demo is running on, so ignore speed issues with this demo. Some of the new features will help out and if it is more stable on...

    Plesk 8

Well, no matter, I still have to wait for 1&1 to support my upgrading to it. I am curious to what MacOSX support is included and what that means specifically. I have been considering doing a upgrade on a number of my boxes, like a new re-image and updated Fedora or other choice of distros...

Killing the mysql server free's up this space on the / partition. Starting mysqld doesn't use it, until mysqlcheck -r is issued.
