• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    SSL Certificate Files Location

Hi again Abdi, So the certificates directory does indeed contain the certificates (with cryptic names, presumably for security?) however attempting to decipher which cert represents which domain via the last_nginx.conf file did not work. My last_nginx.conf file only contains two comment lines...

    SSL Certificate Files Location

I'm trying to find the location of my SSL certificate files (added using Plesk interface) but can't seem to find them. Tried searching *.pem and similar but found nothing. I've seen various articles point to /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/cert/httpd.pem but that doesn't seem to be the case. If...

Health Monitor installed, but "unable to load configuration file"

Sorry for the late reply - I did get it fixed but had to send a support request to Parallels through my server provider. I don't know what they did to resolve it: they never tell me haha.

Sorry to bump this but I'm getting really frustrated that I can't get this working. Is there anything else I can try here?

Health Monitor installed, but "unable to load configuration file"

Mine is identical, Igor. I'm running CentOS 6.4 (final) and my output of /var/named/chroot/etc/named.rfc1912.zones is the same (although I have no idea what any of it means..)

Health Monitor installed, but "unable to load configuration file"

Hi, just installed the Health Monitor add-on in a brand new Plesk 11.5.30 on CentOS 6.4 but all that it's area in Plesk displays is this funky looking error: I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again but sadly this didn't fix it. I've Googled but nobody else seems to have this issue...

Webmail produces 500 internal server error

I've just managed to get round it by switching all customer webmail interfaces to roundcube and it seems to work fine. I wasn't a fan of horde anyway! I may try uninstalling horde through yum but if roundcube is working, it may not matter much. Thanks for your advice!

Webmail produces 500 internal server error

In the horder log, just a bunch of failed SQL dropped tables. For example, And nothing in round cube logs directory (I don't think we've ever used round cube). I think we used ATmail previously. Do you know where the logs are for that? Also, it seems to me that the 500 error is happening...

Webmail produces 500 internal server error

Hi, After updating to Plesk 11.5.30 it seems that webmail is completely broken. Going to webmail.domain.tld immediately produces this 500 configuration error. Is this a known issue and is there a temporary solution? Email seems to work fine, just not webmail. Thanks, Scott

Hi Igor, I've run all the commands in the article with success however on attempting to use the Business area again resulted in a configuration attempt followed by the same error message displayed above. I should point out that my error is slightly different to the one in the article you...
