• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk email security is puting all incoming email at SPAM folders

If you say your settings were correct, there must have been a problem actually using the correct "required" value from the settings, since, internally, the headers you posted make sense (the emails were correctly categorized as spam for a threshold of 0, but of course required=0 itself is...

Issue Plesk email security is puting all incoming email at SPAM folders

Hi everyone, When restoring "Selected objects" using the backup manager, I noticed that Plesk starts downloading large and imho unnecessary data from the backup (stored on an FTP server). For example, I tried to restore only the DNS zones for a particular domain. However, the restore was...

Issue Migrator re-sync modifies change time of ALL mailbox files on target server instead of just those that need syncing

Ah, that's interesting. Of course, that would indeed be even worse. But, fortunately, the "modified" time is not altered by the migrator upon re-sync (so at least that part seems to have been resolved). So just to be clear: The "modify" time is correctly synced from the source to the target and...

Issue Migrator re-sync modifies change time of ALL mailbox files on target server instead of just those that need syncing

Dear all, The migration & transfer tool and the possibility to re-sync after an initial migration are great. I am currently using it to configure and test a new server while the old one is still running, doing re-syncs once in a while to keep the new server up-to-date, thoroughly check some...
