• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Nginx + non "plain" Wordpress Permalinks error.

This is a "just in case" for anyone else who comes across this thread in the future. This sounded EXACTLY like my issue, and I was familiar with the "disable custom error pages" workaround, but that still didn't seem to resolve my issue. After some further research, I came across this...

Resolved Mod_Security Error Response body too large

Same - it caught me as odd to have it only listed in the HTTP section, and when testing, it didn't work. Adding to HTTPS resolved the issue, cheers! -Ian

Issue Fresh install: mod_remoteip not working

Aaand I'm back, because I ran into a few things, and this may be helpful for others. My original issue was twofold, this came to light when I enabled the FULL (strict) SSL implementation from Cloudflare, with "Authenticated Origin Pulls". When I added that SSL cert and hit my Plesk panel by...

Issue Plesk Internal Monitoring & 360 Showing False 403s

Ok, so this issue is still ongoing for some of the sites, and not others. Enabling "Bot Fight Mode" will result in a "503 Unavailable" report in monitoring. The "403 Forbidden" doesn't appear to be impacted by flipping bot mode on or off. Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Issue Plesk Internal Monitoring & 360 Showing False 403s

Yes, that's correct. I've experimented with disabling the "Always Online" feature from Cloudflare to see if this was masking an issue, and there is no impact. There is one other site that is occasionally showing "503 - Unavailable", and it is fully accessible as well. Only the monitoring of...

Question How To Log KB Updates Needed?

Issue Plesk Internal Monitoring & 360 Showing False 403s

Aloha! I've got an odd issue occurring with just 2 of ten nearly identical sites, they show as offline in monitoring, but are fully accessible and operating correctly. All use DNS through Cloudflare, with Strict SSL/Origin CAs. All sites have identical cache settings and optimizations. They...
