    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Ok i found the solution. go to Plesk InstallFolder / UpgradeFolder Click in BILLING-WIN_10.4.4 on billing.msi and then Remove then go to the PleskDatabase and remove in cl_parm "ppb-url" complete from the Database. "see KB 9327" Reload your Panel and the C&BM is gone :)

    only the Admin cannot login .. reseller and DomainUser can login ^^ You need access to the server? No Problem :) i trust the Parallels Team :) I can made a User for you and send it via PM or mail if you want this :)
