• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Plesk Restore

Yes, that's what I did. Just did it again with another domain. Afterwards, clicking on the "Backup" icon gives me a "Details" page, showing the last backup details. But all the icons are gone (no way to backup again or restore). I think there's something wrong with my installation. Perhaps...

Mailman and the Plesk Mail Queue

This is on a Plesk 8.2/CentOS server. Mail seems to be coming and going just fine. However, for a couple of Mailman mailing lists, there will be entries in the Plesk Control Panel Mail Queue for days. The sender will be, of course, something like, list-bounces@somedomain.com and there will...

    Plesk Restore

This is about Restore on a Plesk 8.2/CentOS server. I just did my first backup of a domain to see how it works through the control panel. The backup was created. However, when I click the "Backup" button for that domain, all I see is a "Details" page. There's no clickable "list" of backup...

    Additional Horde Components

In "Components" I have something (not installed) called "Additional Horde (webmail) components for Plesk." Could someone point me somewhere that explains what those components are? Thanks!

Mailman Lists After a Doman Name Change

Hello! So far, changing a domain name has worked fine (just change the name in the domain administrator page). Does anyone know whether the change will mess up any Mailman lists on the domain being changed? Will they be okay after the name change? (New to Plesk and Mailman, I am.)
