    Thanks for your reply. The permissions of the folder are correct. I can access the backup manager when I create a new administrator account however it only allows me to backup domains tied to the account and does not let me access the settings menu. I assume this is a licensing limitation.

    Good evening, After desperately trying to make space on our server, the following directory was deleted as our backups are hosted on an FTP server /var/lib/psa/dumps. I can not longer access the backup manager in plesk since this.. Any help to get me out of this mess would be appreciated as...
