According to our hosting provider this affects Windows installations only, but I wouldn´t rely on that. Definately need information from Parallels.

That´s exactly what I meant. So how dow we get Parallels to changes this? btw: Overnight I got three notifications about replies to my subscribed topics. Guess it will take me around 10 minutes to reply to them all, what could be done in 2... and as I probably won´t set a timer, but instead...

Did you fix this via /etc/php/conf.d/ioncube.ini (or something like this) where the module gets loaded? iirc you just have to replace the version 5.3 with 5.4 then.

And I can enable the encryption by activating the enhanced security mode? I´m still at Plesk 10 but want to know this for later.

Perhaps that mail is still stuck in the queue?

Well, in the GUI it´s possible to set "notify" either for "Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed" as for "Overuse is allowed (not recommended)" (which is good). I want my customer not to be able to create e.g. more databases than he is allowed to, but I want him to be able to use more...

Another thing that should be fixed (buggy in 10.4.4): Using /opt/psa/bin/service_plan you can define "notify" but this only applies to "Overuse is allowed". You cannot set "Overuse of disk space and traffic is allowed" together with "notify". @Igor: Could you please tell me which utilities...

Yes, I know that, but the purpose of a command line tool is that you don´t have to use the GUI therefore easing the process.
