You can most likely ignore those. Thats typical of a site that is pointing/linking to or trying to hotlink to a site that resolves to your IP and not setup in Plesk so it hits the default site.

you could always try rpm -e postfix --nodeps and see what happens. It may cause some problems with other items since other apps may expect a MTA to be present.

Install a copy of phpmyadmin on a domain or the main FQDN of the server and use SQL server permissions to allow them access. Oh, and remove the install once that persons access is no longer needed :)
