true, but this forum is on Plesk's site? The value of the "how to" is enormous.. for everyone! One would think Plesk could hire and pay a knowledgeable person to only create and update the "how to".

just saying... i would remove W3TC.... after the latest update, it caused many sites to crash... search the net, see for yourself :) also, from what I hear, there is a right way to remove it and a wrong way.
