Issue Installed 18.0.55 but again appears as available to install

Perhaps @Peter Debik can help with this.

Issue Installed 18.0.55 but again appears as available to install

I usually use dnf but the KB article said yum so I just followed that exactly. Shouldn't be any difference, but you never know. Oddly, it didn't seem to remove the firewall or my settings at all. First, I ran: # yum remove psa-firewall && plesk installer update Then I restarted Plesk panel: #...

Issue Installed 18.0.55 but again appears as available to install

OK, that solved the issue with the domain list. It also now shows the latest Plesk version updated on the correct date. It appears that KB fixes both of the issues. Thank you.

Issue Installed 18.0.55 but again appears as available to install

Sorry, I haven't looked at the settings page for years and didn't even know that was an option now. BTW - I checked the log file and there are no errors in the updated installation.

Issue Installed 18.0.55 but again appears as available to install

It says to yum remove psa-firewall && plesk installer update. I have some custom firewall rules I don't want to lose so I haven't done that yet. Will I have to re-create my firewall rules after doing this?

Issue Installed 18.0.55 but again appears as available to install

Evidently it is a known bug: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/17123455498391-Dynamic-list-layout-is-broken-after-Plesk-update-to-18-0-55

Issue Installed 18.0.55 but again appears as available to install

Uh oh. As administrator, if I click on a domain in my domains list, they all do this: The update has obviously broken a few things.

Issue Installed 18.0.55 but again appears as available to install

    I updated on Sept 2, 2023, not Aug 25, 2023

Issue Installed 18.0.55 but again appears as available to install

I have the exact same issue. No content in /var/log/plesk/install/autoinstaller3.log either.

Resolved Panel domain list favicons not showing

It does show on the main domain list if you are in Power User view. It would be nice if it did the same in Service Provider view.

Resolved Panel domain list favicons not showing

@Kaspar thanks for your insight. You may be right if I am understanding you correctly. As illustrated in the first post of this thread, the change list for Plesk states a very vague description of the added feature: In the left menu, if you select Domains in Power User view, it works, but in...

Resolved Panel domain list favicons not showing

I will open the ticket but definitely can not provide access to my server. Besides my own policy of access only to a select few authorized personnel under my direction, I can't legally since I have binding contracts with a couple of international corporations that specifically state that no one...

Resolved Panel domain list favicons not showing

That's funny. I definitely would have filed a bug report but I thought it was done on purpose since it was pretty obvious it only worked in Power User view and not in Service Provider view had it been checked by devs after the feature was added. Thanks for filing the issue for me. It will be...

Resolved Panel domain list favicons not showing

Figured it out. It only works in power user view and not service provider view, which makes it worthless to me since I need to always be in service provider view to oversee my admin domains and my clients' domains. power user view doesn't show any domains not admin's.

Resolved Panel domain list favicons not showing

Change list for Plesk Obsidian 18.0.49 (update 1) shows: My panel.ini file shows: I logged out, ssh to server and restarted plesk and panel services but I don't see the favicons in the domain list as this added feature states. Is there anything else I need to do?

Resolved Scheduled Backups running at wrong time

Update: I fixed it by restarting mariadb a couple of times. It didn't seem to do anything before but now it appears in sync. Very strange behavior of this server since the re-image and restore. Thanks for your help.

Resolved Scheduled Backups running at wrong time

@yborzykina Thanks for your reply. I did do a quick check of global timezone with phpMyAdmin when this started and it looked ok: @@global.time_zone SYSTEM I then checked the server time from the CLI just to make sure it was set correctly: [root@secure ~]# date Tue Nov 22 10:14:23 PST...

Resolved Scheduled Backups running at wrong time

Updated Obsidian 18.0.47 to 18.0.48 and then did a full server backup to remote FTP before doing a kernel update. Been lucky for a couple of years with kernel updates but not this time. Server completely crashed. After all night on the rescue console, I gave up and re-imaged the server and...

Issue 18.0.30 update broke FTPS backups

That's interesting. I am not sure of the exact date the upgrade and subsequent immediate failures started happening but it had to be a week or so before my first post on Sept. 17. My backup log also showed no errors. I can't find errors in any logs. Does it work using FTP instead of FTPS? Do...
