Hi I just prepare a server migration and have the following problem. The source server has already Plesk 17.5.3 and the new target server sill 17.0.x The plesk migrator on the target complains it cannot work wih higher versions. How can i force the upgrade to 17.5.3 ? I don't have the time...

Hi Folks Somehow the Let's Encrypt cert which i could creae when log on the first time to plesk isn't there anymore or i deleted it accidentally. But i do not find any option to create a new one. Only for the hosted domains it's possible. Could anyone help to free me from my blindness ...

Same credentials i logon to windows via RDP and i am able to admistrate the server outside plesk....so should be. That's each the only user i got since the setup. But yes, i found Plesk user policy ever confusing...you never know exactly if you are just using a Plesk- or an OS- Admin/root....

Well, i got a huge tine20 Installation up and runing with IIS...and even active sync will work.... ;-)

Ok, that's a clear statement. Thx. Most of that webapps are running but specific functions such as active sync will not work on IIS...at least not "out of the box"... Ok, so i will just do "trial & error"...

Hi Is it possible to install XAMPP or anything else as a Plesk extension to run apache apps ? As i worked 20y in IT Business with Windows i am of course much more familar with a Windows Server and IIS than any Linux with all it's cryptic command line ticka-tacka... I would like to run some apps...

Thx again @Javier P. I could fix that for me already. In general it is correct to have strict permissions outside the public hostings i was jus wondering why plesk doesn't change the permissions for a folder if it is set as main html document folder for a website and not the standard...
