    Apparently contradictory CPU usage

    According to the Health Monitoring usage graphs for our managed VPS, our Apache CPU usage recently peaked at around 70% (currently 0.4%). However, our total CPU usage for the same period was under 1% (currently 0.1%). Surely that's a contradiction? How can I tell which figure I should...
