You could get the domain by connecting to mysql via CLI.
Connect to your mysql-server, go into psa database and have a look in Domains + IisAppPoolDomains.
That should give you appropiate information about the domain.
Sounds like some entries in the database are missing or are corrupt.
What if you do a backup of the domain, delete the domain and repopulate the backup to the vhost?
Is it working then?
Can you confirm, that the database can be created as a test via CLI?
Like "mysql -uadmin -pPASSWORD" and then creating a database?
Not, that mysql is one of the problems....
You aren't connected to your Server ;-)
You just ran the command on your Mac :-)
Please do it After connecting to your Server!
Is it a Root Server?
Check your Port:
