You could get the domain by connecting to mysql via CLI. Connect to your mysql-server, go into psa database and have a look in Domains + IisAppPoolDomains. That should give you appropiate information about the domain.

To all external IPs you have applied to plesk ... You could try to let reread all IPs inside Plesk.

Sounds like some entries in the database are missing or are corrupt. What if you do a backup of the domain, delete the domain and repopulate the backup to the vhost? Is it working then?

Important would be, if the httpd.include of your domain is included....

Can you confirm, that the database can be created as a test via CLI? Like "mysql -uadmin -pPASSWORD" and then creating a database? Not, that mysql is one of the problems....

Which mailer daemon is answering you? The Plesk one or the company internal one?

Can you confirm, that your VirtualHost is entered in the main vhost files of Plesk? And if, if all information are all correct (path, ip, i.e.)

Please provide the Version details. Sounds like missing an entry in the database.

Am I correct, That you are using the localhosts file? Do you checked the IP in Plesk with the IP on your Domain?
