    Issue error while updating WordPress Arabic to version 5.9

    hi I'm using Plesk server with WordPress toolkit I notice you cant upgrade any Arabic website to latest version 5.9 I think the issue is the source file of the WordPress "https://ar.wordpress.org/wordpress-5.9-ar.zip" the source file is not excess I hope you can fix the issue
