Perhaps your Plesk DNS service or resolve settings (/etc/resolv.conf) are broken or incorrect. Can websites be opened in normal mode "Open", not "Preview"? Does websites open on a client computer?

I would recommend to try domain backup in order to retrieve website files: http://ppu8-6.demo.pp.plesk.ru:8880/locales/en-US/help/index.htm?fileName=17420.htm Then you will be able to restore it in modern Plesk.
