    Please do not reinstall Plesk. You lose all subscription (they will be not available via Panel). Also one question: on which version did you correct my.ini (I can't reproduce your issue)?

    As for me - I've upgraded from PP 9.5.4 with Gene6 v3.10.0.2 to 11.5.30 and all FTP accounts were saved and access to directories works.

    This issue should not be reproduced at Plesk 11.5. Also if after upgrade from 9.5 to 11.0.9, www root is stored in plesk database is can be different than real existing folder, such error can appear (For example D:\Inetpub\vhosts\blabla and D:\inetpub\vhosts\blabla )
