    In my case, the hostname of the system is mycredit.be ? I'm sur that I have a ssl certifikate. The incoming mails are working with a SSL connexion and isn't working without it. The Outgoing mails aren't working anyway.

And this is the information on plesk about my email : Username of the mail server : info@mycredit.be Incoming mail server : mycredit.be Outgoing mail server : mycredit.be Incoming mail protocol supported...

    Hi, I have plesk on my dedicated server. I have an issues to connect my mails on Outlook, the webmail works but on Outlook 2016 isn't work. I have this error message : The server responded: 421 Cannot connect to SMT I don't know what to do... Can you help me ? Thank's
